A while back I was kindly sent a copy of this lovely book Delicious Crochet Shawls by one of my favourite UK crochet designers, Lisa of lisasattik

It is a truly stunning book, with 21 beautiful shawl designs. Something for everyone – beginner to more experienced and full of delightful inspiration in every page. The shawl designs include all your favourite shapes – triangular, rectangle etc. you will never be short of inspiration!
All patterns are very clearly written in an easy to follow format – and all patterns have large charts! (I love charts – charts are the biz). The images are gorgeous and include some pictures of beautiful details from the shawls – which is always so helpful.
The book also includes helpful information on techniques, stitches and blocking – everything you need is in the book and will provide hours of crochet pleasure. All the designs are very versatile and perfect for any of those ‘special’ yarns in your stash.
I loved them all but my favourite was the Mango Shawl. I had some Debbie Bliss fine Donegal in my stash and have nearly finished the shawl, so here is a ‘work in progress’ picture. I love the texture!
